You will own core platform services including our WhatsApp messaging pipeline, webhook system, and AI integration layer. We use Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis. You should have strong opinions on API design, be comfortable debugging distributed systems under load, and care deeply about reliability.
You will build and own the Paurtal dashboard experience, from the campaign builder to the analytics views and the WhatsApp conversation inbox. We use React, TypeScript, and Tailwind. You care about performance, accessibility, and building UI that non-technical business owners can actually use without training.
You will design and improve the AI systems at the heart of Paurtal, including our Sales Pipeline AI, smart reply suggestions, entity extraction from WhatsApp conversations, and document understanding for Smart Data Upload. Strong Python and experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning are essential.
You will own our growth in South Africa, building a pipeline of SME and mid-market customers in sectors like retail, food and beverage, logistics, and professional services. You are energised by outbound prospecting, comfortable with consultative sales, and know how to build relationships that last beyond the first deal.
You will drive Paurtal's expansion across Cameroon and the broader CEMAC region. You understand the local business landscape, speak French and English fluently, and have a network in retail, distribution, or financial services. This is a founding market role with direct impact on Paurtal's trajectory in Francophone Africa.
