1. Lawful and authorised use
Use the Services only for legitimate, authorised business purposes and in compliance with applicable law, industry rules and third-party platform terms. Do not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer or other rights. Do not misrepresent identity, affiliation, products, pricing, consent or the source of communications.
2. Responsible messaging
- Message only recipients for whom you have a documented lawful basis and valid opt-in where required.
- State the sender’s identity and purpose clearly; do not use purchased, scraped or unlawfully obtained lists.
- Provide and promptly honour simple opt-out mechanisms and maintain suppression records.
- Follow Meta/WhatsApp conversation windows, template approvals, quality rules, Commerce Policy and prohibited-use rules.
- Do not send spam, deceptive promotions, phishing, malware, harassment or communications at unreasonable frequency.
- Maintain evidence of consent and respond to complaints. Paurtal may set throttles, quality controls and campaign limits.
3. Prohibited content and activity
You may not use Paurtal to facilitate unlawful goods or services; exploitation or sexual abuse; human trafficking; terrorism or violent extremism; credible threats; hate or harassment; malware, credential theft or fraud; deceptive impersonation; illegal gambling; rights infringement; or regulated products and services where prohibited by law or connected-platform policy.
You may not collect or expose passwords, full payment credentials, government identifiers, health data, biometric data or children’s data through general-purpose fields unless an expressly supported use case and adequate legal and security controls are in place.
4. AI and automation safeguards
Do not use AI or automation to deceive people into believing they are communicating with a human where disclosure is legally required; create unlawful deepfakes; generate discriminatory or abusive content; make high-impact eligibility decisions without lawful authority and meaningful human review; provide unsafe professional advice; or bypass safeguards. Human operators remain responsible for outputs and automated actions.
5. Platform and security integrity
Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorisation; interfere with availability; introduce malicious code; access another tenant; scrape or bulk-export beyond authorised functionality; circumvent quotas or enforcement; reverse engineer; share credentials; or use the Services to benchmark or build a directly competing model or service in breach of the Terms.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant evidence, restrict content or features, throttle messaging, suspend integrations or accounts, and report conduct to providers or authorities where appropriate. We will consider severity, recurrence, intent, recipient harm and remediation. Where practical and safe, we will notify the customer and allow corrective action. Serious or urgent violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to security@paurtal.com or legal concerns to legal@paurtal.com. Include the workspace, sender, time, message or campaign reference and supporting evidence where available.
